Embark Foundation hosted our 2012 i-can pilgrimage on Saturday the 9th of June 2012 to our  West Rand Seniors.

6 Pilgrims joined us on this icy cold day to go and share some precious time with them, as we distributed food parcels to the 6 families we visited.

This was the perfect recipe to warm everybody’s hearts and soul for the rest of the Winter.

We are looking forward in sharing another pilgrimage in 2013.

 We had the privilege to celebrate this day of love in the presence of the care-givers and patients of Impilo hospice.

Valentines day had a different flavor this year – the flavor of cookies, tea, coffee, fun and lots of laughter.

A few people in our Missional Expressions team took cookies to the hospice and after a short message by the local pastor on love and that we bring love to people through our actions,  the celebrations continued in the form of spontaneous dancing, same even in wheelchairs, and the singing of joyful songs.

We had the honor to collaborate with James from Central Kitchens to host a Christmas lunch for the staff and patients of Impilo hospice.

It was such a heartwarming scene, beautiful decorations, Christmas tree, gifts and most of all the LOVE that was shining between everybody.

Thank you James for bringing the joy, love and the BEAUTY of Christmas to these beloved people of God.

Embark Foundation would like to congratulate Brenda Frodsham from Clientele on winning the Florida Baby House Christmas cake.

Brenda not only contributed to our ‘Jingle all the way’ Christmas cake by buying a raffle ticket, but was also so kind as to donate the Christmas cake to our Florida Baby House staff to enjoy over this festive season. –Thank you Brenda for your generous heart, this will create much cheer in our baby home.

Embark Foundation would like to express our sincere appreciation to Danielle & all at Roman’s Pizza for their generous donation of chicken and maize meal towards our Nutritional Feeding Project at  Esperanza Primary School.

Embark Foundation ensures that 5 790 nutritional meals are cooked every week for the learners at Esperanza and Dowling primary schools.

Embark Foundation het op Vrydag 5 Augustus, in samewerking met die Putco Foundation, die dames van plaaslike polisiestasies by Mosaïek ontvang vir 'n heerlike bederf, as deel van die Vroue Dag-vierings.

Om 9:00 het hulle 'n Klipkerkdiens bygewoon wat aangebied is deur Jeanetta Basson, van Mosaïek se Missional Expressions. Die tema vir die dag was “Put ‘n little love in your heart”.
